Acellus is a computer-based learning system that has changed online education as we know it today. Acellus is the only online learning system that utilizes I2 (Intelligent Interaction), which technology enables it to cater the educational content to the individual skill set of each student through customized, personal instruction. Acellus courses are taught via tiered video instruction – each course is broken up into individual concepts, and each concept has multiple videos available. Acellus is able to customize the course to the individual pace and level of each student.

The Yukon-Koyukuk School District is planning its Fall Child Find activities. Members of the community will be able to take advantage of special education services for their eligible children who are between the ages of 3 and 21 years and disabled. The Child Find process serves as a screening to identify those children who may benefit from a special education referral. This is a free and confidential service.
